We are delighted to offer for sale this very nice midcentury three-seat sofa with ornately hand carved lion hairy paw feet and frame This is part of a suite, I have in total a three-seat sofa, a pair of standard armchairs, a pair of occasional chairs and a pair of stools, all other pieces are listed under my other items This sofa is exquisite, the solid walnut frame is ornately carved, it depicts Lion hairy paw feet, Georgian Irish style acanthus leaves and foliage, it is sublime work. The seat platform is all traditional Victorian coil sprung, it is the most comfortable and well made on the market In terms of the condition the upholstery has all been professionally cleaned, the frame cleaned waxed and polished, there may be the odd tiny little mark here or there but they would be very hard to see Dimensions: Height 94 cm Width 187 cm Depth 94 cm Seat height 49 cm.
