Model EU02 Japanese Series Desk & Chair in Teak by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, 1950s, Set of 2

Japanese series desk and chair in teak by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, Netherlands, 1950s. Very cool to find as a matching set. Model EU-02 desk and FM17 armchair. The desk still has the original Pastoe key. The small drawers are made of bent plywood and the large drawer is suited to store folding maps. The desk is in very good condition with minor signs of age and use. The chairs have some wear to the black lacquered metal. The seat- and backrest of the chair are reupholstered with new high quality black faux leather and new cold foam interior.
