The three pieces in the suite—one sofa and two armchairs—feature carved giltwood frames and cushions upholstered with red velvet. The three-seat sofa features an exceptional back rail complete with a host of pierced and carved giltwood detailing, including scrolling foliage and a peacock-like central crest. The legs and seat rail are similarly formed, and the sofa features three upholstered cushions and a shaped upholstered backrest.
