This magnificent piece of furniture was custom made for the merchant Bernhard Israel Catz in 1914 for his estate in Amsterdam at the Jan Luijkenstraat 29.
Solid American walnut and solid ebony macassar details.
Opus number: 1386.
Six keys with monogram ‘t Binnenhuis.
In very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use,
preserving a beautiful patina.
