19th century swedish burr walnut chest of drawers circa 1870. Beautiful burr walnut commode from scandinavia. Bookmark matched veneer top surface with molded edge. Below are 4 drawers of equal proportion, decorative brass escutheon. Typically with swedish chest’s they open on the key. Canted corners with applied decorative moulding. Standing on block feet. Deep drawers allow plenty of storage for around the home. Recently fully restored and re-polished in our workshop. Surface/compression marks to top surface, expected surface marks to woodwork and minor restorations.
