Vintage Design
The style is Space Age and the decorative quality is high for the top of this seventies coffee table. The body is in black lacquered wood. Under the cut crystal glass top, there is a plaque in relief depicting a planetary surface. It is clearly the work of a psychedelic artist plus that of a skilled decorating alchemist. The colors are unusual and nuanced, starting from a light blue that turns yellow until it becomes almost pink, acquiring other nuances in the light.
